Pride Health is hiring an MRI Tech in Charlotte, NC!
Schedule: Nights, Mon -Thurs, 9 PM - 7:30 AM
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay Rate: 58-64/hour
Job Responsibilities
Perform MRI procedures as per departmental protocols.
Operate MRI scanners and associated equipment.
Prepare and assist patients, including medical history interviews.
Evaluate and process images; consult Radiologists when necessary.
Perform patient care, including life support during emergencies.
Follow radiation safety and infection control standards.
Assist other medical personnel as needed during procedures.
Patient Demographics: Mostly adults with occasional pediatric cases from ED.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited 2-year AMA-approved program in Radiologic/Nuclear Medicine Technology or ARRT/ARMRIT registry-eligible program.
ARRT (MR) Certification
BLS Certification through AHA
Preferred: Advanced certification in Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology.
